The Peyton Walker Foundation is proud to offer a CPR & AED Equipment Lending Program to help schools, organizations, and community groups access training and loaner resources. Our lending program is designed to make lifesaving education accessible and impactful. Training being offered must be for FREE and of service to the community.

CPR & AED Equipment Lending Program is intended for This agreement is entered into between The Peyton Walker Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “The Foundation”) and the undersigned borrower (hereinafter referred to as “Borrower”).

Return Date*

Equipment must be returned within a week of the date it was borrowed

There is a limit of 2 sets of Adult Manikins (4 manikins per bag), 2 set of Infant Manikins (4 manikins per bag), and 2 sets of AED Trainers (4 AED Trainers per bag).

There is a limit of 2 AEDs per request.
