Thanks to the generosity of the High Foundation, we donated AEDs to 12 local Lancaster nonprofits. Recipients included Anchor Lancaster, Bench Mark Program, Bridge of Hope, Hands-on House, Children’s Museum of Lancaster, Leadership Lancaster,
Lancaster Public Library, Lancaster Science Factory, PA College of Art and Design, Solanco Neighborhood Ministries, and the Calvin High Pavilion.
Hundreds of people pass through the doors of these organizations on a weekly basis. Because cardiac arrest can happen at any time, anywhere, to anyone, these AEDs can help to save a life. Recipients also learned CPR and how to use the AEDs.
